Some products in our store may be offered as a subscription or, where clearly stated on the product page, as a pre-order. This policy explains how these purchase options can be changed or cancelled.

Oh So Smutty does not currently offer try-before-you-buy purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider, and you will be charged for each recurring delivery unless you have chosen to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their subscription period. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you can cancel it before your next billing date.

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time using the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation or subscription emails. You may also contact us at enquiries@ohsosmutty.com.au for assistance.

Please note that cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and future subscription orders. If a subscription order has already been processed, packed, fulfilled, or dispatched, that individual order may not be able to be cancelled.

Pre-orders

From time to time, we may offer selected products as pre-orders. If a product is available for pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

A pre-order means you are purchasing an item that is not yet ready for immediate dispatch. Estimated dispatch timeframes will be provided where possible.

You may cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled or dispatched by contacting us at enquiries@ohsosmutty.com.au.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed. Please refer to our refund policy for information about damaged, faulty, incorrect, incomplete, or not-as-described items.

Try Before You Buy
